Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with its terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms of Service.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, or government actions.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shanghai.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maoqing Network regarding the use of our services.
